Guardian residential Model Home LEASE BACK II

Similar to our Fund I, this is the acquisition of 15 model homes across several states in a sale-leaseback transaction from one of the largest private homebuilders in the nation. We will purchasing these assets 10% below fair market value with lease terms varying from 12 to 36 months at a 10.25% cap rate on a NNN lease. We project a 15% annual return over a three-year hold period.
